Video Ads with a duration of 10 secs will be played on a minimum loop of 4 minutes along with content (live news and weather updates) displayed on Tejas Express’ Digital Screen. Every coach has two screens, giving a total of 28 screens per train, these digital screens will be operational for a total of 26 days every Thursday off. There are two types of coaches i.e Chair Car Coach and Executive Car Coach. Each coach will have digital screens of sizes, i.e. 32’ inches. These ads will be displayed across the train being on display to 1126 chairs.

Art work submission deadline

The final creative must be shared with the Operations Team 10–12 days before the campaign goes live and before 5:00 PM to ensure timely approval from IRCTC. Any campaign-related changes should be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the live date. Please note that no creative or production work is carried out on Saturdays and Sundays, and any delay in submission may impact the campaign schedule.
